trying to get grant for minority woman for small business. have already had same business long time ago  and just dont have the cash now. i am older woman but not old enough to retire. still very active and cant see paying for something that is just not  worth the paper it is written on. the one i paid for only had for state grants and city grants. nothing a  person could use unless they were already big business. tired of hearing " i am sorry but  you  are over qualified"  and i just cant live on what wal mart pays and i am sure not a door greeter either. pls help me. wanting to be productive but cant find help.
